ANSI TR-31 Key Block Implementation

FinancialHSM wraps all payment keys using ANSI TR-31 Key Blocks (and ISO 20038). Each key block includes authenticated headers specifying key usage (e.g. PIN encryption only, no data decryption), algorithm type, and exportability, preventing unauthorized cryptographic reuse.

Remote Key Loading via Asymmetric Cryptography

Using RSA public key infrastructure compliant with ANSI X9.24-2, FinancialHSM authenticates ATM identities and securely delivers encrypted Terminal Master Keys over TLS connections, eliminating costly armored-car technician visits.
